  • A posture that is easy for one may be difficult for another.
  • Yoga is not about twisting the body into strange positions.
  • When you are ready to move on, your body will know.
  • If there is anything you do not wish to do, you do not have to do it!
  • Leggings (or shorts) are particularly good for both men and woman and layers of comfortable clothes, which are easy to move in.

“Veronica’s style of Yoga will take you through many tiny movements of accurate positions to get into the ultimate pose. The end pose is not that important it is the journey getting there, that leads you into a pose with integrity. Veronica’s classes will challenge your stamina and concentration and make you aware of you own capability.”

Janet D’Alton, Student 2 years

“Veronica is one of the few people who teach Scaraveli-inspired yoga in Glasgow. Veronica brings her own experience of life and practice, alongside a deep faith in the power of yoga to heal and sustain good health. Highly recommended”

Verene Nicolas, student 6 years

“As a teacher Veronica is so open and practises what she preaches. She encourages us to explore ourselves in a non-judgemental way teaching us the importance of patience and acceptance. She teaches with such enthusiasm and seems to really enjoy helping all her students identify and focus on the yoga path that will benefit them. I always pick up something useful to motivate me to do more self-enquiry at home and this shapes my personal practise.”

Barbara Williams, Yoga teacher, student, 6 years

“I feel incredibly lucky to have Veronica in my life. For over three years now, I have been going once a week to her personal brand of yoga. This has changed my health/life in a most positive way.

I am in my 60’s and knew nothing about yoga, but I knew instantly this was for me.  Veronica’s guidance has stretched and strengthened my body and awareness of it.  Some bad habits have been eliminated!  My morning practice is now part of my daily life.”

Brian M, Student over 3 years
